Refund Policy

At Nightwatch Precision, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the custom nature of our services, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

 

Services Rendered

 

Once work has begun on a firearm, custom build, modification, or finishing project, labor charges are non-refundable.

 

Deposits

 

Deposits collected for custom builds, special orders, or projects requiring parts procurement are non-refundable once parts have been ordered or work has commenced.

 

 

Custom Finishes

 

Custom Cerakote, plating, engraving, and other personalized finishing services are non-refundable once materials have been applied or the process has begun.

 

Cancellations

 

Appointments may be canceled prior to work beginning. Any refundable portion of a deposit will be determined based on parts ordered and labor performed.

 

Warranty Concerns

 

If you experience an issue directly related to workmanship performed by Nightwatch Precision, please contact us promptly. We will review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.
