Nightwatch Precision provides gunsmithing, custom finishing, firearm modifications, and custom firearm build services. All services are subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Estimates
Quotes and estimates provided through the website or by email are estimates only and may change upon inspection of the firearm or requested work.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable firearm laws and regulations regarding ownership, possession, transportation, and transfer of firearms.
Service Approval
By submitting a firearm for service, the customer authorizes Nightwatch Precision to perform the requested work and any agreed-upon modifications.
Custom Builds: A project deposit is required to schedule a custom build consultation. After the quote is approved, payment for special-order parts is required before components are purchased. Special-order parts are non-refundable once ordered.
Turnaround Times
Estimated completion times are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed. Project completion may vary depending on workload, parts availability, and project complexity.

Firearms not picked up within 90 days of notification that work is complete may be subject to storage fees. Firearms remaining unclaimed beyond applicable legal timeframes may be disposed of in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
